This is what makes that first time away from home, building one's life so important and special. But putting aside all this, college can be, and has been so far for most of us, a very rewarding, enriching and fun stage of our lives.

It's almost that time.........
As time continues to run, the day in which we have to decide were we are going to study, or if you've made up your mind, when that first day at the new place is going to be like, it can be a bit intimidating. But to some, a different feeling surfaces. I remember feelings excitement, curiosity and eagerness to get to that new place. And once you get there, all those feelings collide with those of others. And friendships start. This is what I experienced.
This is what makes that first time away from home, building one's life so important and special. But putting aside all this, college can be, and has been so far for most of us, a very rewarding, enriching and fun stage of our lives.

- I was born in Quito, Ecuador, but I am also Uruguayan (from my dad). I have lived in San Diego before and have done some elementary school years here. I speak three languages (English, Spanish, German). I am involved in the International Student Organization, T-Squad (orientation team) and I am an intern in the International Center here at USD.
